We have partnered with Mind City, Hackney and Waltham Forest for an interactive session on mindfulness and how you can incorporate it into your day-to-day life. Mental health experts will guide the session, and participants will leave with:
• A deeper understanding about how to look after your mental health;
• A deeper understanding of mindfulness and how it can help you; and
• Tools you can apply day-to-day to manage mental health.
Join us after the event for some networking, with some delicious smoothies & juices provided.
