Mandy Geal of Learning Partners, an expert in neuroscience of behavioural change, will reveal some of the personality preferences (using MBTI) that drive our ways of working and feed unconscious biases. She will show you how to guard against negative biases, value differences, and share some tips to promote collaborative working and inclusion.
