By April 2018, any employers with 250 employees or more were required to publish their Gender Pay Gap data. To mark this, GIN collaborated with the CII, the Insurance Supper Club, RPC, SCOR and Aon to deliver an interactive session which told us all we needed to know about how to explain those Gender Pay gap disclosures.
We learnt how the gap is measured, how company numbers compare across the market and what companies are doing to bring parity to their pay. Invitees were encouraged to bring along a pipeline woman or male colleague from their respective networks and as a result we got a great crowd.
