Be your boldest self - Imposter syndrome

“Be your boldest self” was the message of the recent GIN event hosted at Travelers. The event centred on identifying what Imposter Syndrome is and how to recognise it.

The interactive event explored how your body language can affect your emotions and behaviour and encouraged us to find practical solutions, to overcome the imposter syndrome at work and in everyday life. Inspired by Amy Cuddy’s work, Presence : Bringing your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges we learnt how adopting power poses can bring about hormonal and behavioural changes which may result in increased feelings of power.
