Working as part of the GIN committee is a perfect complement to my day-job as Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Chubb. It’s fantastic to see the increased engagement around D&I over the past few years and I believe that collaboration across the insurance industry, through networks such as GIN, will play a vital role in driving change in gender balance and representation at a senior level. I have a background in Recruitment and enjoy travelling and learning new languages.
I’m part of the Group Talent team at RSA, a great part of HR to be involved in. When I’m not at work I like to travel, spend time with friends, see live music and keep fit with running and yoga. Diversity & Inclusion has increasingly become important to me. Everyone needs to feel included so they can truly reach their potential. We all have a role in changing the status quo, breaking down barriers and creating inclusive cultures within our organisations.
