The Balance programme is the result of industry collaboration, founded by Diversity and Inclusion Managers from Chubb, Willis Towers Watson, AIG, Lloyd’s and Aon and supported by the GIN. It aims to reduce gender parity, providing a toolkit to help empower leaders to become change advocates.

The programme consists of a series of events that allows leaders and change agents from the insurance industry to share best practice and collaborate across the market, recognising that we are all working towards a common goal. For gender parity to be more effective it requires everyone in a position of influence to actively engage in the debate and take action to change the workplace culture.
